Bringing this back. Bre, you with me?
I went to the Peabody Library earlier today since I had never been there. It’s absolutely incredible. I wish I had more time to take some photos properly so here’s a rushed photograph. I’ll go back again soon!
Back in my old apartment my friends and I found out how to get into the roof. Ergo, we had to take ridiculous photos up there. I’m trying to keep the wind from blowing my hair all around which is why my hands are up there. Will made a flag out of a pool cue and his shirt.
I used to be way too skinny.

I had the opportunity to shoot a dance choreographed by my friend Lauren. It was probably one of the coolest things I’ve seen.

So I wrote about this on my blog on my website but I thought I’d tell you Tumblr folk about how I had the absolute pleasure of shooting two dances down at Load of Fun (a local studio available to artists and performers in Baltimore).
The first dance “Defying Gravity” (pictured above) was choreographed by the wonderfully talented Adriana Saldaña. And the second “I am With Them” (pictured below) was choreographed by the lovely Emeri Fetzer and Emily Frederick.
I loved the concept of aerial dancing between graffiti covered walls. It’s incredible when two, seemingly unrelated art forms, come together in such a breathtaking display of talent.

You can see a selection of these photographs at my new Dance gallery.
